A: We have an internship program that we run yearly and urge everyone of every gender, race, background etc to apply because there is quite a number of intakes each year. Q: How can I get to perform at the festival? A: We’re constantly looking for new talent and giving opportunities to upcoming artists, we book talent on a “don’t find us , we’ll find you” basis and therefore we urge artists to continue working hard, put out the music and enter for the competitions that we host. Q: How can I apply for media/photographer passes? A: We have media passes available for everyone who wants to come and cover the event however there is an application process which will be opened closer to the time. Q: Can I leave the show and come back? A: Our event has a "no pass out” policy, which means once you enter, you cannot leave and re-enter. There are food and beverages available on-site, as well as an ATM. Q: Where can I purchase tickets? A: You can purchase your tickets at any Pick n Pay Store nationwide or online from Webtickets which is our official vendor, tickets on third party websites are not valid or genuine. Doors open at 10AM. Plan to arrive early and anticipate additional time for traffic and security searches at the entrance.

Box Office
The tickets, guestlist and the pre-sold tickets list will be available at the main entrance It’s advisable to arrive early to secure parking, avoid traffic and long queues.
Will Call
If you are picking up your tickets that you ordered online, you should allow additional time as there may be lines. You MUST bring a photo ID to pick up your tickets. IMPORTANT: There will be TWO separate areas. Both will be clearly marked with signage:
VIP
Upgrade to VIP and you’ll get exclusive event merchandise, such as the 2020 Festival T-Shirt, Backpack, Poster, and Souvenir Credential. We’re also hooking you up with 2 Drink Tickets at your very own Private and Fully Stocked Bar. For those not of age, enjoy a non-alcoholic drink on us! Don’t worry about waiting in the long lines to get into the festival, because VIP holders will have their own separate entrance at Gate 9! The party will be poppin off at the VIP area, equipped with air conditioning, black leather couches and VIP restroom facilities. Your favorite artists will also be stopping by the party for a special meet-n-greet for VIP only.
Weather
If you are unfamiliar with the city of Johannesburg, it can get pretty hot during the day and cold in the evening, no rain is expected.

There will be plenty of concessions and food vendors to satisfy those munchies. Food and beverage vendors will be located throughout the venue. You will be able to find anything from burgers, hot dogs and pap and steak to sandwiches to vegetarian dish.

Lost and Found
If you lose your keys, phone or camera, the Lost and Found is located at Ritual Stores. If you find keys, phone or camera, earn some good-karma points and turn them in to Lost and Found located at Ritual Stores.
Information Booth
We know it can be a little daunting trying to find the nearest restrooms or ATMs. Any question you have, our friendly and knowledgeable Paid Dues Ambassadors are there to assist you. There will be an information booth located at the main entrance outside Mary Fitzgerald Square, as well as roaming Ambassadors inside the venue.
First Aid
Your safety is our number one priority. Security and EMT personnel will be onsite ready to help. There will be a First Aid area located inside Mary Fitzgerald Square.
Disability Access/ Accommodations

An ADA viewing platform is located in front of the main stage. There will be restrooms reserved for ADA attendees at all restroom villages.
